Payment options for domestic students

The following payment options are available for Australian domestic students
(ie Australian citizens or residents)

 

The payment options available for each course are:

  • listed on the page for that course under ‘Fees’
  • available for you to select when you enrol in a course
PAY-AS-YOU-GO (domestic)

For domestic students undertaking Industry Courses only.

  • An initial down-payment of fees is invoiced to you at the time we accept your enrolment. The down-payment is 1% of course tuition fees, or $200.00, whichever is the greater.
    • Payment methods: in our online enrolment system by debit-card or credit-card
  • Fees are due and payable on-the-day following each lesson, briefing or class.
    • Payment methods: at our counter by cash, EFTPOS or credit-card
UP-FRONT (domestic)

For:

  • domestic students undertaking Other Courses (short courses or single workshops)
  • domestic students applying for recognition-of-prior-learning (RPL) in Tertiary Courses.

Features:

  • Fees are paid in full and in advance and are invoiced to you at the time we accept your enrolment
  • Payment methods:
    • in our online enrolment system by debit-card or credit-card
    • at our counter by cash, EFTPOS or credit-card
PAY-ON-THE-DAY (domestic)

For domestic students undertaking short Industry Courses or Other Courses (eg one-day or half-day)

Features:

  • Fees are are invoiced to you in full at the time we accept your enrolment.
  • Fees are payable on the day of your course. You can pay your fees in advance if you prefer.
  • Payment methods: at our counter by cash, EFTPOS or credit-card
PAY-IN-ADVANCE (domestic)

For domestic students undertaking Industry Courses only

  • 5% discount is applied to total fees
  • Fees are paid in full and in advance and are invoiced to you at the time we accept your enrolment
  • If you require extra training and/or assessment beyond the stated inclusions and fees for the course, this is charged to you separately at standard rates on a pay-as-you-go basis
  • Payment methods:
    • bank transfer
    • bank cheque or draft
INTEREST-FREE PAYMENT PLAN (domestic)

For domestic students undertaking Tertiary Courses or Industry Courses

  • Provided interest-free
  • Monthly fee payments spread across the duration of the course. Total course fees are divided by the standard number of months of course duration (eg 10 month course = 10 equal monthly payments)
  • First payment is paid in advance and invoiced to you at the time we accept your enrolment.
    • Payment method: in our online enrolment system by debit-card or credit-card
  • All other payments are made by scheduled direct-debit from a bank account. We will provide you with a separate direct-debit agreement for this.
  • If you require extra training and/or assessment beyond the stated inclusions and fees for the course, this is charged to you separately at standard rates on a pay-as-you-go basis
